Theoretical course: Wheel arch extension Stage 2 using a BMW E30

Learn how to professionally widen a wheel arch and get it into perfect shape!

In this special course unit, I will show you step by step live on a BMW E30 how to carry out a "Stage 2" wheel arch extension. Although this is a theoretical course, I work directly on the vehicle to explain all the processes clearly. This way, you can see every technique in practice, understand the finer points of sheet metal processing and gain insights that you won't find in any tutorial.

What is a Stage 2 wheel arch extension?

Approx. 3cm wider per side for a more aggressive appearance and space for wider wheels
For this widening, I will make the required sheets myself from flat pieces of sheet metal and show you how to make precise templates to achieve perfect gap dimensions. This is the key to a clean weld seam that can be processed optimally and sanded invisibly.
